I don’t feel like what i’m doing is unhealthy, because i never starve myself, i try to eat healthier, but i would binge every other day, and i go to the gym every day for an hour + drink lots of water and green tea.
Ofcourse, my weight was “normal” but i didn’t quite enjoy the flabber on my stomach and tighs, so if i can boost my self-esteem + live healthier, why not! :)
